The September 2026 release
Seerie v2 is the previous open GGUF of the on-device India fraud assistant. It is fine-tuned from Qwen3-1.7B on dataset v224 (36,669 conversations) and covers 22 core fraud types: UPI, OTP and KYC, Aadhaar misuse, digital arrest, phishing, and more. It runs fully offline.
Weights live at seerror-technologies/seerie-v224-GGUF. For new work, use Seerie v3 (seerie-v349-GGUF): three times the data, 2,954 extra scam topics, and a 100-prompt hand audit.

58 / 70 safe on a manual reading
Seerie v2 was evaluated on 70 prompts in 14 categories. The automatic keyword harness used during training passed 63/70 (90%). A manual reading of every answer found 58 safe (82.9%) and 12 wrong. The later v3 paper compared both models on those 70 prompts: v3 gave 59 safe answers, v2 58. Breadth is what changed in v3, not a large drop in mistakes.

How v2 sits in the line
v3 (October 2026) — current. Dataset v349, 107,575 conversations. Open the v3 model page.
v2 (September 2026) — this page. Dataset v224: 36,669 conversations; 9 Indian languages in native scripts; Q4_K_M, Q6_K and F16.
v1. Initial public release, trained on about 25,000 conversations in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
What Seerie v2 is not
- Not a substitute for filing an official complaint. Urgent cases: 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in.
- It can invent law sections, phone numbers, and websites. Check official sources.
- Coverage stops at the 22 core topics in v224. Newer scam types are in v3.
- Not legal, financial, or medical advice, and not a government product.
