By inviting and using Seerror Bot (the "Bot", "Service", "we", "us", or "our") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Seerror Bot is a Discord bot that provides voice channel management features, including but not limited to:

• Automatic muting of members when joining voice channels
• Manual mute/unmute controls
• Camera/audio control commands
• Voice channel lock/unlock functionality
• Permission management system

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not abuse, spam, or misuse the Bot's commands
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot
• Respect the rights of other users and Discord's community guidelines
• Ensure you have proper permissions to use the Bot in your server

4. Bot Availability

We strive to maintain the Bot's availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance and updates
• Technical issues
• Discord API outages
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the Bot's unavailability.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Bot to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or flood channels with commands
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its systems
• Use the Bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service

6. Data and Privacy

The Bot may collect and store certain data necessary for its operation, including but not limited to:

• Server IDs and channel IDs
• User IDs for permission management
• Bot configuration settings

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Bot, including its code, features, and documentation, is the property of the Bot developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Bot without explicit written permission.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Bot developers regarding the use of the Bot and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
