All audit results, security scores, and recommendations are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate security auditing purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or security algorithms
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Service
• Not use the Service to conduct unauthorized security testing or attacks

4. Account and Subscription

Free Tier: Includes 1 scan per month with basic audit features and 24-hour result retention.

Paid Subscriptions: Professional ($49/month), Business ($149/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans include additional scans, advanced features, API access, and extended data retention.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

By using Seerror, you grant us non-exclusive rights to:

• Process and analyze website data submitted for security audits
• Store audit results and security scores for historical tracking
• Use anonymized data to improve our AI models and service quality
• Generate aggregated statistics and industry benchmarks

We process error logs, security scan results, and system metadata to improve our services. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

You retain ownership of your website data. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, AI models, reports, and documentation, is owned by Seerror and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.

Audit reports generated for you may be used for your internal purposes and shared with stakeholders, but may not be resold or redistributed as a commercial service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seerror shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Security breaches that occur despite our recommendations

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Seerror provides security audit services and recommendations only. We are not responsible for implementing fixes or maintaining your website's security.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates or upgrades
• Technical issues or security incidents
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
